Ricigliano has over twenty-five years of engineering leadership
experience. He has directed
over 1,200,000 SF of energy-intensive and complex facilities, particularly
in the pharmaceutical and laboratory Industry. He received a BA from
LaSalle University and his Professional Engineer’s license (PE) in Pennsylvania,
Delaware, Maryland, District of Columbia, North Carolina, and Connecticut. As Director of Operations for and a Principal of PWI Energy, Mr. Ricigliano’s responsibilities include the direction of energy management programs and projects that reduce utility consumption and costs through careful analysis of usage, utility procurement opportunities, and market trends.

Itzhak
Maor is the Director of Engineering and a Principal of PWI Energy. He
has twenty years of design and engineering leadership experience. His
areas of expertise include HVAC and Energy Systems Design, Building
Energy Simulations, Development, Application and Design of Large Custom
Air Conditioning units, Energy Recovery Systems and Active Desiccant
Dehumidification for the commercial and institutional sectors. His responsibilities
include providing engineering support, development of analytical tools,
and technical evaluation and analysis of energy conservation opportunities. Mr. Maor received a B.S. and M.S. from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in Mechanical and Civil Engineering respectively, and a Ph.D. from Drexel University in Civil Engineering. He received his Professional Engineer’s license in Maryland and is a Certified Energy Manager by the Association of Energy Engineers.

Rick Heimann is the Senior
Energy Analystand a Principal of PWI Energy. He has over twelve
years of experience in managing energy projects, handling and evaluating
energy data, and negotiating with energy providers.
Efforts he has led have qualified energy projects for demand
side management rebates, negotiated energy purchasing agreements for
major clients, and evaluated the financial viability of various energy
conservation technologies for clients, utilities, and government agencies.
